Service Description

A guided breath and movement practice designed to shift the energy of resistance and stagnation into ecstatic surrender. Using vocals and drums, we begin and end in a seat of stillness, in between allowing the body to move as it wishes and needs to in the moment. Includes a mini tarot and oracle reading, a chakra cleansing and a cosmic boost. IMPORTANT NOTE: For total resolution, it is supportive and important to not return to the old "triggers". This means doing your own follow up work to protect yourself, either in following guidance as offered in session or other resources.
